PT is now 9-0 overall and 3-0 in section play after a 62-17 win against West Mifflin.  11 different players scored for the Warriors.  Lauren Marton had 12 points and 6 rebounds, Kamryn Pieper had 10 points and 6 rebounds, and Torrie DeStefano had 9 points.

PT is now 8-0 overall and 2-0 in the section after a 70-58 win at Latrobe.  Team was led by Torrie DeStefano with 20 points and 5 assists, Lauren Marton with 14 points and 13 rebounds, Izzy Fontana with 13 points, and Kamryn Pieper with 9 points and 8 rebounds.  PT took care of the ball after the 1st quarter by committing only 4 turnovers the rest of the game.  Next game is Thursday at home against West Mifflin.

The Jv team also won 42-29 as Arabelle Nichols had 12 points and 14 rebounds, and Raya Johnson and Gianna Detruf each had 9 points.

Pt is now 7-0 after wins on back to back nights.  On Wednesday PT defeated Baldwin 57-46.  Four players scored in double digits.  Torrie DeStefano had a double double with 15 points and 10 rebounds, Kamryn Pieper had a double double with 11 points and 11 rebounds, Izzy Fontana had 13 points and 4 assists, and Raya Johnson had 11 points.  The team hit 9 3-pointers.

On Thursday, PT defeated Greensburg Salem in their first section game 57-31.  Lauren Marton had 14 points, Kamryn Pieper had 12 points, Olivia Weishaar had 9 points, Torrie DeStefano had 8 points, and Hannah Weishaar had 5 points and 6 rebounds.

Next game is at Latrobe on Tuesday night.

PT is now 5 and 0 after a 53-27 win at Franklin Regional.  11 different players scored for PT.  Lauren Marton had 11 points and 5 rebounds, Kamryn Pieper had 10 points and 6 rebounds, Torrie Destefano had 8 rebounds, Bella Klobucar with 5 rebounds and 6 assists, and Raya Johnson added 8 points.  Next game is a DH on Wed. at PT against Baldwin.

Pt is now 4-0 after a 57-18 win at Penn Hills.  The team came out and hit 6 three-pointers in the first quarter.  Lauren Marton and Hannah Weishaar each had 10 points, Torrie DeStefano had 8 points, 5 assists, and 3 steals, and Ava Ruane had 7 points and 5 steals.

PT JV is now 1-1 after a 54-10 win at Penn Hills.  Brooke Boss had 12 points and Riley McIntosh had 11.

Next game is Monday at Franklin Regional.

Penn Trafford improves to 3-0 on the season with a 51-50 win over Norwin.  Both teams played a great game.  PT was led by Torrie DeStefano with 16 points and a double double by Lauren Marton with 11 points and 11 rebounds.  Team defense was also a key in the victory and 3 pointers in the 2nd half by DeStefano, Marton, Bella Klobucar, and Raya Johnson helped give PT the lead.  Next game is Thursday at Penn Hills.
