The Lady Warriors concluded their 5A, Section 2 schedule by defeating the Latrobe Wildcats, 8-2. The win solidifies a 2nd place finish in the section with an 8-2 record.
The Warriors were led offensively by Cameron Ponko. Cam finished the day going 3 for 3 with a double. Mack Keenan added to the offense with a 2 run dinger and a squeeze bunt to record 3 RBI's on the day.
Allyson Paulone went the distance in the circle, giving up three hits and striking out a pair.
The Lady Warriors are currently 10 - 4 and have a handful on non-sectional games on the schedule to prepare them for the playoffs. The Warriors are slated to play North Hills on April 30, 2024 at home.
