The Penn Trafford Boys tennis team lost a close match against Pittsburgh Central Catholic today. Down a player due to illness, the team had to forfeit one of the matches.
Playing at 1st Singles, Luke Nicotero won 7-6(4) 6-4 against his opponent Jackson Lange.
At 2nd Singles Lucas Fox lost in a very competitive match 6-0 2-6 3-6 against Jay Donahue.
1st Doubles Evan Sadler and Nino Sunseri beat their opponents Kenneth Smith and Nathaniel Ostin 6-4 6-3.
2nd Doubles Ben Jobe and Kristian Grills lost 3-6 2-6 against their opponents Michael Caruso and Ty Huffmyer.
The team plays Plum High School at home on Wednesday.
