Athletic Physicals
 

• Offered at Penn-Trafford High School for all Fall Sports athletes
• Thursday, June 12th, from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Cost: $15 (PayPal payment during registration only — no cash or checks accepted at check-in)

Important Details:
 

• You must complete payment to confirm your physical registration; otherwise, you will not be signed up.
• No walk-ins accepted.
• Registration for athletic physicals closes Monday, June 9th at 11:55 PM.
• No additional physicals with the school can be scheduled after this date.  You would need to acquire own your own.
