The Penn Trafford Warriors boy’s basketball team defeated Pittsburgh Central Catholic on Monday night by the score of 60-48. Senior Josh Kapcin once again lead the way in the scoring category with 19 points. Junior Nick Crum and senior Jarred Schoffstall played outstanding games on both ends of the court finishing with 15 and 10 points to join Kapcin in double-digit scoring.. Senior Chase Vecchio again finished with a high assist total with 5 and grabbed 9 rebounds to help the cause. Junior Ben Myers did not score in double digits but he did pull down 7 rebounds and had 7 blocks on the night. Daunte Depante lead the Vikings in scoring with 20 points. Matt Aulicino also reaching double digits for PCC with 11 points. The Warriors finished section play at 6-4 on the season and currently stand at 11-5 overall. They host Franklin Regional on Wednesday for Senior Night and the game times are 6:00 for JV and 7:30 for Varsity.
