Facilities & Event Procedures Notice
Dear Warrior Community Members,
This notice outlines the rules and procedures in effect for all paid admission varsity athletic events held at Penn-Trafford High School facilities. Our primary goal is to provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for athletes, coaches, officials, spectators, and the broader community.
Event Entry & Timing – Paid Admission Events
- Gates will generally open at 5:30 PM or 6:00 PM and will close after halftime.
- All spectators must pass through weapon detection systems upon entry.
- The detectors will not require visitors to remove items from their pockets or take off belts, but if an item does trigger an alert from the machine, guests will be required to undergo a secondary screening with a metal detector wand.
- Only approved bags or purses are permitted. (See Bag Guidelines below.)
- There is NO RE-ENTRY once you have left the stadium or gymnasium after passing through security.
- No entry will be permitted after halftime or once gates have closed. (Event times may vary depending on the activity.)
- No outside food or beverages are permitted unless medically necessary.
