Voluntary conditioning workouts for the men’s and women’s cross country teams will begin on Monday, July 8th, at 8:30am. Workouts will be conducted at Bushy Run Battlefield from 8:30 to 9:45am, runners should report to the pavilion. If the main gate is closed runners should report to the upper parking lot on the other side of Route 993. Workouts will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday the week of July 8. Beginning July 15 workouts will be Monday through Thursday. These workouts are available for high school and middle school athletes.
